The London, Middlesex, Sussex and Surrey pages are currently unavailable.

11 am on 19 January: the firewall problem has been fixed and the pages are now back.

(mainly photographs of Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, &c)  may be offline overnight Thursday 20 August/Friday 21 August 2009, as my service provider is upgrading their servers.

Everything should be back to normal by 9am on Friday 21st at the latest.

Disk hardware problems on core pages

GENUKI logoThe disk controllers on the system supporting the core GENUKI pages froze just before 3am (GMT) today. We anticipate that they will be back online this afternoon - watch for the logo reappearing on these posts :)

(The logos reappeared at about 10am GMT.)

Outage last night

GENUKI logoThere were storage array problems affecting the core GENUKI pages last weekend and sporadic interuptions to the service continue as temporary fixes are replaced by proper solutions.

PS If the GENUKI logo appears (above right) then GENUKI has come back online!
